Title: Product Support Data Administrator
Location: Tonawanda/Buffalo, NY

Job Desc/Summary: Product Support data management covers a wide array of systems within our company. Tasks within the position include, but are not limited to, processing of equipment records, warranty information, maintaining records of units, registration of units for warranty with our manufacturers. Qualified candidate will oversee, maintain and update timely, accurate data for these multiple systems. Ensure all data is accurate and up to date for various systems, such as mailing, equipment and manufacturer's specifications, credit, new customer assignments, and sales team call reports. External data needs to be reviewed and integrated into company systems in order to be used as a source for sales leads and product support opportunities.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years solid work experience. Must be highly motivated with a willingness and excitement to learn and grow within the company; organizational and planning skills, time management with the ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as with others. Excellent Excel skills. Experience working with manufacturers and warranty experience a plus.
