Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Manchester, NH
Job Desc/Summary: Prepare and ensure accuracy of sales orders for new and used equipment sales. Work with Sales Representatives to submit and monitor finance applications, and lease quote requests. Prepare loan documents for financed sales and ensure the accuracy of loan payment calculations, buy-down cost and loan contract details. Advise the Credit Department of the need for new customer account numbers and supply all necessary information, including coordinating all invoices.
Act as general liaison between the sales and finance teams to ensure that all approval requirements have been completed and address any issues that arise in a timely manner. Verify Trade-in information and prepare Bills of Sale and follow-up when necessary. Obtain rental closeout and pricing information from Credit Department and prepare formal quotes and correspondence for Sales Representatives. Train all new Sales Representatives on sales paperwork and procedures and coordinate sales presentations as needed. Assist Sales Support and Sales Representatives in the review of town/city/county bid specifications; including marking deviations, gaining pricing, preparing bids and packaging and submitting. Order supplies for Sales Representatives as needed (i.e., Rental Inspection Forms, Sales and Rental Orders.) Cover phones as needed
Required Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years administrative experience or associate's degree and 1 year experience. Experience and/or knowledge of heavy equipment, finance and banking administrations background a plus. Prior customer service experience. Must have strong communication and computer skills, able to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
