The qualified candidate will direct the operations of the branch's Service Department with oversight of 6+ technicians. Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, assigning mechanics and determining priorities in order to optimize operating efficiency and profitability.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Service Dept. related management experience with knowledge of heavy construction equipment. Technical aptitude to diagnose problems with customer machines and develop solutions is essential. The candidate should have the demonstrated ability to mentor technicians, schedule and prioritize repair work and achieve operating objectives. Other important attributes include leadership and interpersonal skills; computer and systems proficiency.
