Title: Rental Service Supervisor
Location: Tonawanda/Buffalo, NY

Job Desc/Summary: Oversee Rental Equipment preparation processes between the Rental and Service Department, including indirect supervision of technicians assigned to rental support. Assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day administrative operations of the service shop. Check in/out, PM service, cleaning and minor repairs. Ensure paperwork flow ie; rental check ins/outs and work orders are processed within set time guidelines. Generate sublet vender pricing/quotes by contacting multiple vendors to obtain the best price available to complete the job meeting service shop's schedule. Maintain customer contact before, during and after job completion as a shared responsibility with the Service Shop Manager.

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2-5 years administrative experience or associate's degree and 1 year experience. Background in equipment or related technical experience necessary.
