Title: Branch Manager
Location: Syracuse, NY

Job Desc/Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire branch operation for Anderson's Syracuse and Endicott facilities. This manager is responsible for increasing market share, managing financial performance of the branches, ensuring that customer needs are met and fulfilling any additional duties as assigned. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: directly managing the performance of the sales force in the assigned territories; working closely with the parts, service and rental departments in order to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations and maximum profits; demonstrating superior customer service skills with both internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications: Must have 7+ years equipment service management with demonstrated ability to grow revenue, ensure safety, and resolve customer issues. Strong technical background and computer skills are required. Proven success managing sales professionals and sales teams, and strong abstract reasoning ability and financial creativity. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
