You can find your Customer Number on any prior invoice or shipment packing slip or you can contact us to find out your existing Customer Number.
If you don't have a Customer Number, we can create one for you.

Customer Parts Order Inquiry:
- Under the "Parts" menu at the top of the web page, you will find a link to Customer Parts Order Inquiry which will show you the real time status of all of your parts orders including orders which were not entered through the Website.
- Under Customer Parts Order Inquiry, you can also check the status of your Parts Shipments sent via UPS or Fedex.
- You can re-order parts from prior Parts Orders.

Customer Equipment Lookup including Parts Order and Work Order History, recent Fault Code Events and Oil Sample Analysis:
- Under Parts/Customer Equipment or Service/Customer Equipment (which are two paths to the same page), you can see all of your equipment. Clicking on an Equipment line will take you to a page where you can find additional information about the machine, including historical Parts Orders and Work Orders and recent Fault Code Events. (Some fault code events include links to Service Manual Pages.) You can also access your KOWA Oil Sample Analysis.
- You can re-order parts from prior Parts Orders or Work Orders.

Customer Credit Inquiry including access to Historical Invoices
- Under Credit/Customer Credit Inquiry, you can see your real time Credit Status and Invoices.
- You can search historical invoices based on Invoice Number, Purchase Order Number and Invoice Type (ie Parts, Rental, Service etc).
- You can see the PO#, Invoice Amount and real time Open Amount for each invoice.
- You can click on an Invoice to View and Print the archived copy in PDF format.
