I hope this message finds you well and in great spirits. Today, I am thrilled to share some wonderful news that truly highlights the hard work and dedication of our fantastic apprentices.

First, let's give a big round of applause and heartfelt congratulations to our first string of apprentices who have recently graduated from our Anderson's two-year apprenticeship program. These outstanding individuals have shown tremendous growth and commitment, and we are proud to officially recognize them as Komatsu Certified technicians. Please join me in congratulating Lucas Ellis and Gus Yuhas representing Bridgeville, James Scarberry representing Charleston, Will Dyer representing Gorham, and Lucas Gustin representing Bangor. Well done, graduates!

Additionally, let's not forget our second string of apprentices who have completed their first year of required training and are now embarking on their final year. We wish them all the best and great success in their endeavors. Kudos to Kam Miller and Andrew Vogel representing Bridgeville, as well as Sy Tomblin and Corey Clark representing Charleston. Keep up the excellent work!

We are also delighted to welcome the latest additions to the Anderson apprentice team, shown in the photo, and taken after a deliciously fun and celebratory welcome aboard dinner at the Grand Concourse in downtown Pittsburgh. We are excited to have you on board and look forward to seeing the incredible contributions you will make to our team.
