You can now lookup a Komatsu fault code on both the desktop and mobile versions of the www.andersonequip.com.


You will see the actual fault code description, recommendations and usually a link to the service manual page for the code.


On the mobile site, you will find Fault Code Lookup half way down just below Customer Equipment Inquiry and Customer Parts Order Inquiry.


On the desktop version, you will find Fault Code Lookup under the Service menu.


If you create an account for yourself, you can use the Customer Equipment Inquiry where you can see information about all of your equipment including:

  • Work Order History

  • Parts Order History

  • CSS Parts Books

  • Recent Fault Codes

To Our Valued Customers and Vendors:


Anderson Equipment Company is a critical infrastructure supplier and has been designated by the federal and state governments as an "essential business". This designation has enabled the company to remain fully operational at all of our 18 locations.


The health and safety of our employees and business partners is paramount. Until May 1, 2020, we request the following modifications to our normal business operations. This will allow us to continue to serve your equipment, parts and service needs while minimizing potential risks:


  • When possible, please minimize visits to our facilities to place parts orders. Placing orders over the phone or our website is greatly appreciated.


  • Anderson's Service departments continue to operate at their normal capacity. However, we ask that you communicate with our managers over the phone or electronically. We will increase our

    communications via email using photos and videos when necessary to illustrate issues with your equipment.


  • Your Sales and PSSR representatives are working remotely at this time. They are available via phone and email to quickly deliver the best solution for your needs. Our employees will provide timely support while complying with any special policies your business has recently implemented.


  • In accordance with government directives, we have employees working remotely when it is possible. This may delay our responses to certain requests but we will address your concerns as

    soon as possible.


Anderson is incredibly fortunate to have a team of dedicated employees. Rest assured that our committed employees are available to meet your critical service and support needs during these challenging times.

Komatsu CSS Parts Books NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE to Anderson Customers!

Customers who have purchased Komatsu machines from Anderson Equipment can now access CSS Parts Books from the Anderson Equipment website www.andersonequip.com.


You must have a web account with your Anderson Customer Number. If you don't have an account already, you can create one yourself by clicking My Account on the website.


You can access the CSS parts books by selecting a specific unit under Customer Equipment and clicking the ***OPEN CSS PARTS BOOK*** button in the top right corner of the page.


You can use the parts books independently or build a parts list in CSS and the click Checkout to purchase the parts online from Anderson Equipment with applicable online discounts!
